Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach and kale (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1 tsp milled flaxseed
200ml milk or water (adjust based on preferred thickness)

Blend:
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend on high until smooth and creamy.
