Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach and kale (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp milled flaxseed

  • 200ml milk or water (adjust based on preferred thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend:

    • Add all ingredients to a blender & blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  2. Serve:

    • Pour & start your day with a high fibre & protein boost!
