Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
35g porridge oats
50g Greek yogurt
100ml milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions:
Mix It Up:
In a jar or container, combine all the ingredients: oats, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, and flaxseed.
Stir well until everything is fully mixed.
Chill Overnight:
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and the flavours to meld.
Enjoy:
In the morning, top with berries, honey, garnola, or a spoonful of nut butter.
Meal Prep Friendly:
Make a few portions ahead of time — they’ll keep in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
