Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 35g porridge oats

  • 50g Greek yogurt

  • 100ml milk

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

Instructions:

  1. Mix It Up:

    • In a jar or container, combine all the ingredients: oats, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, and flaxseed.

    • Stir well until everything is fully mixed.

  2. Chill Overnight:

    • Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and the flavours to meld.

  3. Enjoy:

    • In the morning, top with berries, honey, garnola, or a spoonful of nut butter.

Meal Prep Friendly:
Make a few portions ahead of time — they’ll keep in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
