Greek Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200g Greek yogurt

  • 20g granola

  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

  • A handful of berries or fruit of choice (e.g., banana, raspberries, blueberries)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or honey (or both!)

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the Base:

  2. Top It Up:

    • Add granola, milled flaxseed, and your chosen fruit on top.

    • Drizzle with peanut butter, honey, or a combination of both.
