Immunity Boost Smoothie

Ingredients (makes 2)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric

  • 2 large oranges

Instructions:

  1. Blend:

    • Add all ingredients to a blender & blend on high until smooth and creamy.
